UBC Cybersecurity Summit 2020
Call for Submissions
UBC Cybersecurity Summit will be held April 22, 2020, at UBC Robson, in downtown Vancouver.
It is a full day event (very much like First Summit in 2018, which attracted 177 participants from 55 organizations), with outstanding keynotes, and presentations by UBC PhD and Masters students on the cutting edge research being conducted at UBC, and posters on recent and ongoing research at UBC. Local IT security and high-tech industry, along with local academics and their students, who conduct research in Cybersecurity, will be attending the summit.
All UBC faculty and their graduate students, who conduct research related to the broad area of Cybersecurity, are invited to participate and present a poster on their work. The steering committee also will invite authors of selected posters to give a short oral presentation on their work.
Participation in the summit will provide unique opportunities to (1) showcase to the local industry and to the members of the local academic community your research, and to (2) provide opportunities to network with local industry and colleagues.
Submission of your poster description indicates your commitment to attend the summit, if your poster is accepted.
Important dates:

- April 10 — acceptance notifications
- April 22 — UBC Cybersecurity Summit
